Return & Refund Policy

At Shree Rajguru Saree, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order due to a genuine issue, please read our return and refund terms below.


🔄 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • A photo/video proof of the issue must be shared for verification.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sarees that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.

  • Returns due to color variation (slight differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings).

  • Sale, discount, or clearance products unless damaged/defective.

  • Custom-stitched or pre-pleated sarees.


🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at [your-email@example.com] with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photo/video of the issue

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

  3. After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund or store credit within 5–7 working days.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.) or via store credit, based on your preference.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


📌 Important Notes

  • Reverse pickup is available in select locations. In other cases, you may need to courier the product back to us.

  • We do not charge any return fees for eligible issues (wrong/defective item).
